Who doesn’t love a good podcast? Am I right?

Today, I thought it would be valuable and fun for me to share my favorite podcasts of 2019. These podcasts include topics such as self development, entrepreneurial advice, chronic illness, educational, and some fun ones too. I hope that you enjoy this post. SELF DEVELOPMENT

The Marie Forleo Podcast 

Marie is a true ray of sunshine and her podcast is just that. Marie and her guests cover a varying range of topics including happiness, success, motivation, creativity, and how to go after the life of your dreams. Each podcast episode is packed full of information and tangible action steps to move forward in life. It is a must listen for anyone looking for some self-development inspiration.

The School of Greatness Podcast 

In this podcast, host Lewis Howes, shares inspiring stories from some of the world’s most brilliant and successful minds. These stories help to motivate and move you forward in your life and career. Each episode is loaded with lessons and action steps to progress in your life.

Happier with Gretchen Ruben 

I believe that Gretchen Ruben can offer such insight into the topic of self development and going after a happy and healthy life. I love this podcast because she offers some short and some long episodes that provide you with practical action steps to live a happier life by looking at your habits and tendencies. She does this podcast with her sister and it makes for a great balance of ideas and opinions throughout each episode.

ENTREPRENEURIAL 

Hustler Hot Seat Podcast

I absolutely love Kierstyn Pare and her podcast. This podcast features tips and tricks for entrepreneurs and hustlers to go after their dreams. She covers topics from how to market for your niche and how to land your dream clients, while interviewing some amazing people. Be sure to check out her podcast, and especially Episode 23, where I was featured!

The Influencer Podcast

Julie Solomon offers some great advice on how to thrive and move forward in your business. She explains the secrets behind the ever changing trends of influencer marketing and provides a lot of insight into pitching to brands, marketing for your niche and beyond. She does solo episodes and also interviews some of the top social influencers in the industry, so there is surely something for everyone to enjoy!

Online Marketing Made Easy 

Amy Poterfield shares with her listeners how to grow a successful online business, how to gain subscribers, how to sell and grow your product faster, and how to overall thrive as an entrepreneur. Check out this podcast to gain some steps to move you forward with your business.

CHRONIC ILLNESS

Crohn’s Fitness Food Podcast

I love this podcast, and I love Stephanie Gish, the Crohn’s warrior that created this show. On this podcast, Stephanie interviews fellow IBD warriors to share their stories and experiences, while also raising awareness for IBD! You will definitely want to give it a listen if you are a Crohn’s or Colitis Warrior! P.S. Check out episode 7, to listen to my interview!

Healing Uncensored Podcast

This podcast is a great resource for all chronic illness warriors out there. The host, Sarah Small, covers many topics on the podcast including listening to your intuition and body, learning to tap into your energy, and using natural approaches to move towards a state of healing. This is a really great podcast to listen to if you are looking to up your game with your mental and physical healing.

Chronically Healing

This podcast focuses on sharing tips and strategies for all different chronic illness warriors out there. The host, Jessie, interviews a new person every week to share their stories and tips for living with that particular illness. This is a great podcast to learn about multiple different types of illnesses, and to become more aware and educated. I would highly recommend giving it a listen!

EDUCATIONAL 

Other People’s Lives Podcast

Every week the podcast hosts have an anonymous phone call with someone who has a unique story to tell. They have had people share their stories on the show with topics ranging from living with schizophrenia, to being an inmate in prison, and being a phone sex operator. I love to learn about unique peoples stories and the interviews are done in a way that are never judgmental. Check it out if you want something unique to listen to.

Science Vs. 

This podcast focuses on what is fake and what is real by explaining difficult concepts with easy to understand science. They tackle different focuses throughout each season, so there is more than likely a podcast episode that everyone could enjoy. Check it out and learn something new.

99% Invisible

This podcast covers various topics of design. Each episode focuses on a unique concept surrounding the topics of design, architecture, history, objects, sounds, cities, visuals, technology or infrastructure. This is a great podcast for any design junkies or anyone looking to learn a little more about a creative avenue.

FUN & COMEDY

The Basement Yard 

This has been one of my favorite podcasts for a while now. This show is hosted by Joe Santagato and Danny Lopriore, and features topics varying from anything like latest news and trends, to random debates about their favorite chocolate bars. Overall, it is a funny feel good podcast, that will more than likely get you laughing.

Girls Gotta Eat 

This podcast is perfect for all my sisters out there in need of a good laugh. This dynamic duo covers a wide range of topics while keeping it real. You should check this out if you want a feel good easy listen.
